RETURN POLICY/ REPAIRS

Deo duPont Jewelry accepts unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of purchase and customer will receive store credit for the exchange. We do not offer returns, only exchanges. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost packages.  

If an item breaks, within 3 months, we charge a $55 fee to repair plus shipping cost.  

Please email us receipt and/or proof of purchase to info.deodupont@gmail.com.

Any broken items after 3 months are not covered.
